Roseline d’Oreye joins forces with CARE Belgium to advance women’s rights

For more than 80 years, CARE has been fighting poverty and inequality around the world, with a particular focus on the rights and empowerment of women and girls. Through its global network, CARE works to strengthen women’s economic empowerment, support women’s entrepreneurship, and help women gain access to the same resources and opportunities as men.

Across Africa, CARE runs programmes in many countries, including Togo, Tanzania, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Benin. In Togo, CARE Belgium is currently supporting an advocacy project aimed at strengthening women’s rights and their participation in economic and social life.

It is this expertise and long-standing commitment that inspired Roseline d’Oreye to partner with CARE Belgium. Having lived in Togo, Roseline has a special affection for the country and is now keen to contribute, through this partnership, to supporting women and advancing their rights.
